Asentinel’s Relationship with Equity Office Properties Proves to be a Perfect Case Study in Teaming for Telecom Efficiency

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, April 4, 2012 – Asentinel, a technology-driven Communications Lifecycle Management company, has released on its Web site its latest case study called Equity Office – A Team Approach to Efficiency.

When the relationship between Asentinel and Equity Office began in 2009, neither organization knew they would be creating a model for how a customer and service provider in the Telecom Expense Management business can successful build a mutually beneficial partnership.  With the release of its latest case study, Asentinel describes how the two firms work together in the voice of its customer itself.  The study outlines the Equity Office needs and challenges, and how Asentinel has provided the solutions.  As described in the case study, Chavdar Momchev, Equity’s Director of Data & Voice Communications states, “This relationship is definitely a two-way street.  With each new release I see valuable improvements.  At the same time, we are able to offer our suggestions, which the Asentinel team openly considers and appreciates.”

Today, Equity Office has some 3,000 local lines, 1,300 wireless devices and 300 internet circuits flowing through the Asentinel TEM solutions.

The case study is available on the Asentinel Web site at http://www.asentinel.com/PDF-files/Equity-Office-A-Team-Approach-to-Efficiency.pdf
